2. What data we collect and for what purposeThrough the enquiry form on our website, we collect the following data:
  • first and last name,
  • email address and/or phone number,
  • company name,
  • Tax ID (VAT/NIP number),
  • the content of the enquiry/message,
  • files attached to the enquiry (e.g. technical documentation in STL, PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES or F3D format).
We process this data solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry, preparing a quotation, and any further business correspondence related to the enquiry submitted.
3. Legal basis for processingWe process your data on the basis of:
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent expressed by checking the checkbox in the form,
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — to the extent necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (e.g. preparing a quotation),
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry submitted to us.
4. Voluntary provision of dataProviding data in the form is voluntary, but necessary in order for us to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
5. Recipients of dataYour data may be shared with entities that provide services necessary for us to carry out our business and handle enquiries, including:
  • the provider of the platform on which the website operates (Tilda),
  • providers of email services through which correspondence is handled.
We do not sell personal data, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes without separate, explicit consent.

Data retention periodWe store the personal data submitted in the form for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and — if cooperation is established — for the period resulting from applicable law (including tax and accounting regulations) and the limitation period for any potential claims. If the enquiry did not lead to cooperation being established, we store the data for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
